The client was having trouble policing their brand globally. They had 3 people to oversee millions of employees using the brand and logos. 

We created a new style guide for their brand and an internal marketing campaign called "I am Chevron" giving employees ta feeling of empowerment. We then paired that campaign with high end online course-ware on branding and a employee rewards program that incentivized employees to report improper use of the brand and also to report good examples of correct brand usage. We effectively turned all their employees into brand "police" and solved the brand crisis they were experiencing in less than 9 months. Problem Solved Crisis averted  = Happy Client.
