The client was experiencing inconsistency in the message to customers at the dealership level. Both with sales and with service. 

Relentless media partnered with Exsell training and together we built out Harley Davidson online university. They built the LMS and we designed the courseware to effectively train both sales people and service technicians on the proper way to service and sell to customers ensuring that the Harley Davidson message was the same no matter where you were shopping for a new Harley. 

We also helped them design and roll out a going green campaign and sustainability education in response to expressed concerns from their board of directors and shareholders.
